Get Out Of My Head redesign book cover

This is what a business in Tanzania, United Republic of was looking for in their book cover design

A new cover for my already published book. The old cover looks great but not for a women’s self help book. Cover is killing sales. Once I explain the book it sells quickly AND gets 5 star reviews. Outside of actually explaining the book the cover scares people away. I need a new cover. ASAP! Before The yr end please.
