Cover for a book about building companies without hierarchy

This is what Asterys was looking for in their book cover design

We need to design the cover of our new book. In 2018 we have developed a new organizational design called "AEquacy" which mean equal, just in Latin. This organizational design is hierarchy-free, and it is formed by a radial network of self-organizing teams, where people can take decisions pertaining their job, be autonomous, and contribute to the well being of the larger organization. We published a book in 2018 (see the cover attached), titled: "AEquacy. The New Human-centered Organizational Design to Thrive in a Complex World", where we used the graphic representation of the AEquacy structure in the cover (see attached). The book is intended for top managers, entrepreneurs, businesses.

After 5 years from its launch, we implemented this design in a number of companies and we learned a lot about what works and the challenges.
