author needs cover design for self publishing

This is what a business in United Kingdom was looking for in their book cover design

Title. Don't know where, don't know when
Author. Malcolm Read. I am a first time unknown author, so I doubt my name will sell!
Genre. A love story - the couple are married and in their early 30s
Time line. 30th January 1942, two weeks before Singapore surrenders.
Setting. Singapore docks- bombed and on fire, The SS Duchess of Bedford (the ships name on the cover is not important) is evacuating 1000 women & 400 children
Action. Grace + 1yr old baby are evacuees. Husband is amongst the crowd of men waving goodbye.
Plot. Grace and Ken cling to believe they will meet again but "don't know where or when"
Selection for scene. This is a love story not a war book. but without the fall of Singapore and their enforced separation there would be no story.
Other ideas will be considered.
