Independent Midwife for a positive birth experience needs a vibrant, and elegant business card/logo

This is what a business in United Kingdom was looking for in their business card design

I need a business card design with a logo. The logo I would like to be able to use on my website (www.midwiferebecca.com) next to my name.
Therefore the design of the card and logo should suit the colours and design of the website. The title of the website and company is "Rebecca Hayes Tieken, Midwife" but I'd like to have the business card title to be "Rebecca Hayes Tieken - Independent Midwife" in bold letters, same script font as in my website.

I provide gold standard midwifery services, one-to-one tailored care, continuity of care throughout the entire pregnancy (antenatal care), the birth and after the birth (postnatal care), home birth, water birth, breast-feeding support, and birth preparation workshops.
