Multi-names person needs personal business card design.

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their business card design

I need a business card design to be able to put all my names on - so this is a slightly quirky brief.

My first names that people know me by are Elizabeth, Libby, Lizzy and surnames Birdsall and Edwards. Somehow I would like to be able to circle or underline, or otherwise identify the names needed for a particular occasion out of this mix.

I would use it for social occasions and would like something fun and functional for this purpose.
