CD Cover/Back/Inside Right & Left Design for Singer/Songwriter

Hello Artistic Fellow in Arms!

I am a Singer/Songwriter about to release my CD. I'm going to use Discmakers.com to duplicate/print my CD and will be using their "4 Panel, 1 Tray" Template. Please go to their website to download the template, Okay.

I have photo's of the Artist (moi), as well as photo's that I'd like to use in the CD Design, namely, that of a rose in full bloom and of a butterfly - attached herewith.

There are three photos of me;
1) A headshot (smiling) for the front
2) Another headshot (not smiling) for the front... trying to decide between the two.
What do you think?

The title of the album is "Someone In Love". My album is made up of eight songs, six original songs and two Jazz Standards.
