Paper cup + plate design (3 different sizes)

This is what a business in United Arab Emirates was looking for in their cup and mug design

I need a specific design for 3 different sizes of paper cups:
-espresso shot paper cup
-medium size paper cup
-large size paper cup

I do not have the sizes ready, but I'm sure as graphic designers you could find them.

I also need 3 different designs for 3 different sizes of paper plates:
-cake plate (small)
-medium size plate
-container (plate) with cover

I will attach an image of the design I want as an illustration that I could later print, so I need it in Illustrator format.
