I spent the first 4 years in the print industry creating everything from stationary and letterhead packages to billboard and magazine advertisements. I worked directly with clients to give them exactly what they were looking for, giving me a well rounded ability to adapt my style to suit project needs. For the last 4 years I have been working in Architectural Signage creating sign designs for companies both large and small. Clients I've worked on projects for include local small business and global corporations. In this industry I have had the benefit of working with clients directly and also being given design packages to manage from companies who did their design process internally. Although I am flexible and willing to work in any style a client needs me to, to achieve their vision, my chosen style would be more of the clean and modern. I also greatly enjoy typography and custom hand drawn lettering and graphics which I then turn into vector art on the computer to be used in print and web applications. It might be old fashioned for some people, but I still enjoy taking pencil to paper when I can. hide
