I have completed bachelor degree at Qafqaz University, Azerbaijan in 1999 and also graduated from this university as a Master of Computer Science with honors diploma in 2001. I have been working for a university nearly 16 years and 7 of them I have been appointed to the position of Director of Designing and Publishing Department. As the Director of Design and Publication Department I also take advantage of world experience and pay attention to the quality of publications and promotions, to the modernity, to the electronic format of the publication and placement all of these publications to the web site of our university. At the same time, I pay attention to the world experience in PR, Communications & Marketing during my jobs. I have previously participated different staff mobility programs at various Universities in Europe. I knew International organizations' experience during those mobility visits.
