Did Jesus Ever Step on an Ant?

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their eBook cover design

Need book cover design. I want the style to be a bit playful but professional. Random thoughts: colorful (but not like rainbow colorful!), playful, inviting, whimsical, ant caricature, ants carrying leaves with surprised look? Maybe the ant(s) have a surprised look about them as if in saying: “huh?” Those are just random thoughts not design constraints. Maybe the ant on cover (if there is one) is pastel cartoonish? Just thinking out loud, just thoughts that may be be helpful or not. I selected ebook design although this will probably be a print book also if that matters. It might not be just one ant, it might be a group of ants also.
