Document Scanning/Printing Flyer

This is what ProScan Document Imaging Ltd was looking for in their flyer design

We are a document scanning and printing/photocopying company. I want a double sided A5 flyer to send out to local businesses with info about document scanning on one side and photocopy/printing on the other.I want to list our main services but each one must link to a customer-oriented, benefit that addresses a problem.
