Social Media Flyer Highlighting Real Estate Sale

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their flyer design

Need a flyer made for a social media post highlighting the sale of a home. I am including a photo of the house, the same photo with what I would like the flyer to say that you design and a couple of inspiration images. I am with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. It needs to have a luxury high end look.
