TTL Flyer Design - Sales Flyer

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their flyer design

Using our existing black and red color scheme (logo files attached), we want to create an 8.5 x 16" trifold sales flier template (example attached) for our company. Content/copy is not expected—I only need help with the design/layout. I have shared some images of our operations and people for the flier.
