Photo travel company needs awesome logo

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their graphic design

We have a photo travel company, we run different types of trips that revolve around photography.

We pretty much know exactly what we want for our logo, we just need to find the right person who can make the vision come to life for us. We're planning on using this logo on our website (currently being developed), business cards, social media, emails, as watermarks on photos, company apparel, and on the sides of vehicles.

We're looking for the logo to have our name "Photo Nomads". We know that we want the typeface to be "Proxima Nova". We also want a silhouette of a photographer (full body, simple, not cartoon-like) who has a tripod slung over their shoulder, with a camera on the end of the tripod. The figure should be placed either to the right of the text, left of the text, or placed into the text (see attachment for example of being placed into the text).
