Graphic or Colorful Core Values Wall

This is what Quality Oil Company was looking for in their graphic design

I need artwork for an executive conference room wall. It is the blank space between the window and bookshelf (some photos have a blue 24x48 paper taped to the wall). I'm open to material options. The room has metal, wood, acrylic, black, silver, navy blue, saddle leather chairs, and a white conference table. There will be a sideboard/table below the artwork for balance.
