Create branded design templates/backgrounds for social media based on UK property investing company

This is what a business in United Kingdom was looking for in their graphic design

I'd like Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin backgrounds/templates to add text to, based on my logo design and business of UK holiday let investing. Ideally I'd have some base designs for me to approve, then engage with the winning designer further to create about 50 different templates.
