Hero leadership hierchy redesign

This is what Kick Fire Martial Arts was looking for in their graphic design

Hi there, you created an awesome graphic design a while back. In our martial arts organization, elements are used to indicate an individuals leadership level and authority.

You start with a white uniform (black hero logos) and earn three different collars like a rising sun....

Purple, then Orange, Then Yellow.

After a student earns yellow collar....they will earn elemental logos on their black belt. We use to do colored collars for the wind, water, fire, and earth leadership levels but now we want to simplfy everything and put a colored hexagonal element logo in their black belt.

So after an individual earns a yellow collar.....

Their next goal is to either become a Program Director (Water) or a Lead Instructor (Wind)

For the Water Element, there are 4 levels you could earn as a logo on your black belt
