Fix Wordpress Website (mainly browser compatibility)

This is what CJ Software Logistics was looking for in their graphic design

My Website is at http://cjsoftwarelogistics.com. It is a Wordpress site and needs fixing in the following ways:

- Repair layout, coloring and styling for IE 8 browsers
- Repair layout in mobile browsers
- Prevent layout issues when resizing the browser window
- Align the left and right hand sides of the "search the site" textbox and the search button with the 'latest news' box below it.
