Privat Person needs vector graphic design for Car

This is what a business in Germany was looking for in their graphic design

Hello everybody,

i need a vector design for my car (fiat 500) which will be plotted on vehicle wrap.

The design has to be one colored, has to be a vector file format and should include as many internet memes as possible (at least the most common once as pedo bear, not bad obama, like a sir, etc.

The result will be plotted two times and applied to the left and right side of my car.
