Global Emotional Intelligence Company needs an illustration design

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their illustration design

We are looking for a designer who can create a visually appealing and memorable design. We have the words but are unsure on how to graphically represent this for our audience (leaders in the business setting) so that they relate to it, engage with it and remember it. The model will appear on small cards, in powerpoint presentations and on handouts. The focus is to help leaders to be less reactive (to not accelerate, disconnect, react) by being more intentional (pause, assess, respond). The design should reflect the words in this order because when we accelerate we disconnect and when we disconnect we react. We need to pause before we can assess and assess before we can respond. The design should feature the words "accelerate, disconnect, react" together and then "pause, assess, respond" together. They are almost opposites of each other. Read more
