Logo Design Brief

Need help in improving the design of my logo. I think it looks good now but doesn't jump out at me and needs a little extra something I can't put my finger on. Please help. Need an aggressive looking sail boat that is still simple and need to somehow tie name of the company into it with professional streamlined font. The boat can be redesigned but needs to stay in the general spirit of aggressive but simple. No bubbly type of font. I have reviewed a few designers portfolios. The cliché "I don't know what I want but I know when I see it" applies to this. Need to stick with Navy Blue, Dark and Med Grey, and White. Thanks to all for the help.
