Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer design for our Education Celebration that is held each year to commemorate Texas Public Schools Week.

This event provides an excellent opportunity for the community to come together to celebrate the education of our children and support the La Porte Independent School District. All twelve schools in the district will have tabletop displays highlighting some of their activities during the year. Teachers will also have grant displays to spotlight the innovative classroom projects they implemented due to funding provided by the La Porte Education Foundation.

The evening will also include entertainment provided by LPISD school choirs. The event concludes with drawing for prices, and a raffle drawing.

Listed below are the details that need to be included in the flyer. I have also included our logo that must be used. I also included some photos from past celebrations that may or may not be helpful.

Please join the La Porte Education Foundation as we celebrate LPISD and its students, educational programs, and schools.

La Porte High School

Students: Please sign up to be entered in a drawing for Nintendo 2DS.
Adults: Please sign up to be entered in a drawing for a $50 Walmart Gift Card.

Donations of $2 each or 3 for $5, or 7 for $10
*Tickets are available at the LPISD Administration Building/ Communications and at the schools. (You must be present to win.)

Prizes Galore!
• Campus with the highest percentage of adult attendance will win $300 + the Traveling
Trophy for one year.
• Campus with the 2nd highest percentage of adult attendance will win $150.
• Additional drawings for Teacher, Principal/ Asst. Principal, and District Personnel will be held.
