Logo Design Brief

We are in search of a new logo for our commercial real estate firm based in Toronto, Canada. Our name is "Duffy & Associates Real Estate Services". Our website domain will be duffygroup.ca so the logo should highlight DUFFY, DUFFY GROUP or the letter D as the focus. We compete against all major commercial real estate brokerages (i.e. JLL, Colliers, CBRE, DTZ, etc). Our main focus is working on behalf of tenants and companies who occupy space in office, retail and industrial real estate. We do a lot of work with new start up companies and large Forture 500 companies alike so the company needs to appeal to corporate users and creative tech groups as well. We help our clients manage their real estate goals by providing sound advise and expert local market property intelligence. Our brand will be featured with some major commercial (and residential) listings so will need to work well for print flyers, web, email and on large building LEASE/SALE signage. Make it look clean and classic. Maybe more black/white? We want this to last. Thanks! P.S. Attached is our old logo (old name) just to give you an idea of what we are coming from.
