Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design that can be scalable and usable on Business Cards, Websites, and marketing collateral.

We own 2 rental properties in the Finger Lakes Region of central NY State. Our company name is Wise Owl Properties. The Finger Lakes are beautiful including 11 glacier lakes the largest being Cayuga lake which is 38 miles long. Our homes are on Cayuga. The beauty of the Finger Lakes are additionally enhanced by an abundance of outdoor activities including boating and water sports, hiking biking, many waterfalls. As if that wasn't enough the real attraction of the Finger Lakes would be over 100 wineries, distilleries, breweries, as well as cheese producers, and retailers of all types and restaurants and bars.

We market and rent our homes to all types of families and parties for all types of purposes such as Educators, families, Couples, and Groups of people and friends, for vacations, meetings, peaceful getaways, and of course people getting away for wine, beer, spirit, cheese, and dining tours
