When referring to the themes of the logo, are you wanting a logo that has the Opera House , the Harbour Bridge and the Canadian maple leaf along with the orthopedic symbols that you mentioned into one logo all together?

Yes. The idea is to create a logo that represents a Canadian orthopaedic surgeon practicing in Sydney, Australia. The "international" in the name represents the fact I am Board Certified and have worked in 3 countries - Canada, Australia and the USA. If you could incorporate that into the logo that would be fine too. Not all suggestions have to be followed, but hopefully that guidance gives you an idea of what I am after.
