Logo Design Brief

I want a new logo for my fish farm.
We run an sustainable bio fish farm in Austria (www.bio-fisch.at)
The old logo is very classic and I have a new logo for my cottage (www.fischahittn.at)
It should include Zöchling's (my name) and Fischspezialitäten.
The new logo should fit to fischahittn and it should be useable for labels – small and large.
