Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design that brings our company name Vanguard Business Coaching Limited to life. It must standout, be simple and clear and can be used on website, landing page, all collateral including letterheads and business cards.
Would like dark blue colour theme (however, also need a white version for the website as the background colour is blue). Reason for blue is that stands for power, integrity, knowledge, trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, truth, depth, expertise and stability and would like this to be reflected in the logo design, while still reflecting a warm, engaging, inspirational business.
