Target Market(s)
We produce high quality grand pianos in China. Our customer base is usually interested in Japanese product and the fact that our instruments are produced in China poses sometimes a hurdle- even though we lead the piano industry in service and warranty standards (see: www.hailun-pianos.com. Our customers are adults between 30 and 65 who are better educated and either seek a piano for themselves or for their children.
While our instruments are produced in the Far East, the engineering and design comes from master craftsmen from Austria and France.
