hi, does it necessary to produce the final result in ms word? cant it be in powerpoint format? i feel it is much easier to copy paste text in powerpoint than word for the people who have basic knowledge of office.

Hi Humibest, and thanks for your request for clarification.

What's required is an MS Word document. Our crew produce manuals that are around 50 pages long - unfortunately Power Point has proven inadequate for this.

Please note that the project is *not* for a cover page, it's for a document that includes the following sections:
1) Cover Page.
2) Approx 120 words of "warning text" (may be on cover or separate page).
3) Table Of Contents.
4) Body.
5) Specifications section featuring 3-10 different versions of the machine, each including a photo and listing approx 13 specifications.

The selected submission will be saved as an MS Word Template and given to the crew to produce manuals for our next round of new products.
