The website needs to be 100% responsive, meaning capable to be seen in any hardware: desktop, smartphones, tables, etc.

The website can have a scroll bar, but the shorter that users scroll the better. We want the a NYC picture as the main picture, give it some room, meaning we do not want the picture to take the entire page. Then, the second row of pictures with three pictures: the first picture horizontally bigger than the other two pictures. - Remove all social media tabs and buttons - Remove all apartment search or agents tabs and buttons - The website is focus in telling people what we do. - Only in the contact page they will have access to send us a questions or call us to engage with us. - We want a look that the information is not clustered, that you can breath when reading the information. - The tab at the top with the topics can be separated from the main picture. - Leave about 20% room of the total space of the main picture, to place a message on the right side of the picture about our company''s mission. - We are open to suggestions and would like to have a winning designer by Monday. - The winner of the web design, will continually be use for future additions to our website and may participate in additional web projects as well.
