Wordpress Design Brief

Hi There,

I am looking to rebuild my company website.

Here are the development specs for my new site!:

1) I've designed a layout for my site and am looking for someone to incorporate the graphics into a word press template. Enclosed is a screen grab of the look and feel (all of the images / graphic working files are available).

2) The site needs to be built on a wordpress platform so that I can regularly edit the site content and make changes / updates

4) The web content (text) has not been finalized and is still being created. For now, I would really like to get the site developed (from a functionality standpoint) and provide text for each page as we finalize the site development.

I'm really excited to get my site redeveloped and launched!
