Web Design Brief

Our company, Forensis Technologies need a 1 page web design for a service that we offer, namely digitalclosingpackage.com. It is essentially a client portal. We provide a new an exciting service for Title Companies. Instead of the closing agent handing out a paper copy of the closing documents, the buyer of the home is able to log into digitalclosingpackage.com and view their closing documents 24/7 on a secure site. When the buyer logs in, they are also able to view the contact information for the real estate agent, lender, and that actual closing agent that was involved in the transaction.

We want the site to be more creative and have a nice fresh, clean and new look. We are catering to the real estate industry so images, vectors etc could be real estate or housing related. We don't want it to look just like our current site. We need all the elements but want a creative new design with different colors (not necessarily green). The current site should just be used as a general guide.

It is also important to note that the colors should be relatively neutral as the site will be branded for each one of our clients (the title company). Unlike our current site, the title company's logo should be up top, not the digital closing package logo. We want it to look like it is coming from the title company. Our logo, should be on the bottom and say "powered by DigitalClosingPackage.com".

It is important to note that we will be loading information dynamically for the following. We wrote the code for loading it in, we just need the place holders:

1.) The title company - logo, website, phone, fax, address. The site should be branded to the Title Company.
2.) Digital Closing Package - will have PDF files that the title company uploads.
3.) The Lender - possible picture, company name, email and phone
4.) The Real Estate Agent - possible picture, company name, email and phone
5.) The Title Agent - possible picture, email and phone

Other things to note:

1.) A user may have multiple transactions. Therefore the information for the closing package, real estate agent, lender and title agent will need to be able to stack. For example, on our current site, the green accordion will stack if there are multiple transactions.

2.) It is also important to note that sometimes there wont be any information for the broker or real estate agent or title agent. On our current site for example, if there is no real estate agent, that tab is not visible.

3.) This page will be viewed on mobile, tablets and computers and will need to be designed so it can be viewed on these.
