I''ve never used Design Crowd before. It says I am guaranteed to get something I like and can use or I get a refund. What I understand fro payment guaranteed is that I no longer get a refund if I get nothing. I opted for the 15 designs to choose from and so far there isn''t even 1 person presenting one design. Can you explain the process any better? I don''t have time to mess around figuring out this program. I need a logo ASAP.
