Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for a new online business that will offer curated boxes that will be designed by chefs, restauranteurs, food producers, farmers, and foodies from specific areas around Australia. The products in the box will be mostly pantry items (6 week+ shelf-life) used for recipes and we will collaborate with each chosen chef to crate a unique selection of goods specific to that box. Think salsas, rubs, sauces, jams, etc. We will offer boxes like Mexican, BBQ, Hot and Spicy, Curry and Vegan. Each box will have a story behind it and a list of recipes and serving suggestions. I have attached a logo to give an idea of how I would like it to look, but please excuse the amateur quality...I am no designer. I am open to ideas with colours, but colours should be classy, yet fresh. This product will be market to both men and women so the logo needs to be appealing to everyone that cooks and enjoys a bit good tasting food. We will be sourcing items from regional Australia. think farmers markets with a bit of gourmet... We will really be targeting a upper middle class in metro areas.
