Logo Design Brief

We are a small company in the heart of Ohio's Amish Country. The tourist industry is quite large here, coming in 2nd in our state after Cedar Point. Our candles are hand poured. I would like to see a design that combines both the candle and Amish Country theme, but am open to all ideas.
