Interior design company based in Sydney. The business will offer interior design services and oversee the build/renovate/redecorate process from initial concept to completion. The logo design will ideally communicate a contrast of old and new - i.e. antique pieces mixed with the latest edgy/minimalist designers which is our signature style; a classic, beautifully designed, luxe but not flouncy style. The logo should be clean, strong and hopefully clever, cool, current and chic. Nothing too dainty or feminine. In fashion terms, think DKNY, not Laura Ashley. In architecture, neoclassical or Baroque mixed with current day, nothing '50s, '60s or retro. In furniture, Marcel Wanders. Hopefully logo and graphic will work together in a clever way, and logo type work without the graphic when necessary i.e. on web page logotype might sit to left of the words rather than above.
Logo to be used for website and business cards. Cards might be coloured or B&W, with contact details included with logo and subhead on front, or alone on reverse side.
Would like to see some options include the words INTERIOR DESIGN after the name. Keen to see a few different colour options: navy, tan, white, black.
IDEAS: happy to see initials intertwined with HOME separate or SRHOME all together.

Hi designers. Thanks for your work so far. Please note I have added a few images in an attached file for those including a lion's head or lion head knocker in their designs, as well as a few images for preferred chairs. Thanks and I look forward to receiving more designs!

Hi designers. Please note I have added a file showing photos of the style of SRHOME styling...a mix of natural materials such as marble, wood, leather, hides, tusks, linen, mirror and glass, as well as modern and glamorous mixed with a bit of tribal influence. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Designers, I am extending the deadline by one day to give anyone else who needed a little time to create new or tweak existing concepts and submit. I appreciate everyone's work done to date. Cheers.

Requirements
Must have
- Logo options with and without an interiors-related graphic image (open to what this might be). Logo should work in B&W and colour. Should be stylish, sophisticated and classic with a modern edge. Should give impression of 'style' and 'quality'. Font should be strong - eg like that of clothing brand COUNTRY ROAD. Most likely upper case font, although happy to see sentence case if designer likes an option. Prefer logo to be symmetrical/centred. Looking for something fresh, original and cool! *
Nice to have
- Use of different fonts and colours, eg one or both serif and sans serif fonts (probably upper case, e.g. Julian One Sans or Copperplate Gothic); different colours from a classic natural-coloured palette of navy, tan/beige/cream, white and black. Would like combination of classic with contemporary, to not look old-fashioned but, rather, create an original edge. Logo image might be an upholstered studded occasional (arm or armless) chair or directors chair (open to suggestions - other ideas include a Baroque marble style fireplace, a Corinthian/Tuscan column/pillar, guild/shield, lion head knocker). Logo should have symmetry and be clean and stylish. NB I like the Vistaprint home page logos of Miles & Moore - upper case font, serious look but still modern and attractive. Hopefully design will be clever/witty. Open to different logo styles. Happy to explore a Baroque style font for name in one option.
Should not have
- Logo shouldn't use daggy clip art or zany, fun fonts. No crazy bright colours. No old- fashioned and curly handwritten fonts, or heavy, tough fonts. Nothing too common!
