Logo Design Brief

To take the existing circle logo. Remove company name - 'state enterprise training'. Keep Circle with 'set'. and somehow incorporate logo with the new brand wording - 'Connecting training with Industry'.
We are an existing business 16 years old. In vocational education training. We want to re position our business with a new re brand, but keep our recognisable logo.
This new logo will be used in all print, web & signage promotion. Current logo sample attached.
