Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Switzerland called "time!N".
We work with children and teachers in schools 'Time-IN' instead of 'Time-OUT'. We work with the whole system of a child: school, family and friends. We don't take the child out of a system.
Encourage social and personal learning with children and teachers. We stimulate changing perspectives.
