Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a professional but hip/modern logo/branding design for my real estate company/website/marketing/business cards. This is the "master brand" to several other sites, but my goal with Caligold Real Estate is to disrupt and transform the real estate experience. One of my other brands (under Caligold) is "Silicon Beach Properties . com" ..... I don't want to limit the designers....I'm looking for something totally unique, that I can put on real estate signs, business cards, websites, marketing materials, etc. that will definitely get noticed and leave an impression!

Target Market(s)

Buyers, Sellers, and Renters of residential and commercial properties in Southern California. Trendy, hip, cutting edge, getting away from the "old way" of doing things. Think Elon Musk and Steve Jobs vs. Ford and IBM.
