Logo Design Brief

I'm starting a new music production company in São Paulo, Brazil. I've been a professional musician and producer for over 20 years. Now I want to focus on creating and editing music for all kinds of media, not only CDs. I'll compose jingles, spots, soundtracks for films, and pretty much create and edit audio for all purposes. I won't have a fixed team in my company. For each project I will use my network to find the best professionals. My clients will be advertising agencies, artists, video production companies and anyone who needs any music to be created, edited or mixed. I'll describe my company like this:

"Though PrestoMusic was only recently founded, we have over 20 year’s experience in music production.
This background translates into flexibility and sensitivity, which we bring to everything we produce.
Flexibility means we use our network to get the best professionals to join the best teams for each individual project.
Sensitivity means to put our music production knowhow to achieve the most perfect musical piece and the best sound solutions to better communicate."

I'd like the logo to have that "professional look" (as a professional company). Since my work involves creativity, it doesn't have to look to serious (formal). But not too "crazy" either. It shouldn't direct to specific music styles, nor musical instruments.

I'll upload something I did myself. You can start from there or create something from scratch. It can have drawings, icons or just fancy (or not) fonts (or have all). Up to you! Same with the colors.
