Graphic Design Brief

We need a design for an email promotion we are sending to existing and potential clients. We are an international digital PR platform service called Press Loft. See www.pressloft.com

With this email promotion we would like to push our "One off Release" service. With this service a client can purchase the ability to send a press release to our database of 4800 journalists. These journalists registered to our site are from publications such as Prima, Living Etc, Sunday Times Style, Red Magazine, Elle Decoration, Daily Mail, GQ, More! Magazine and many others. We will be offering a special price for the service, £30 instead of £45. It will be a one off fee, with no further commitment.

With this release the client will be able to:
-upload up to 8 images to accompany their release
-personalise the release by adding their companies logo
-add caption information and stockist details to each image so that journalists have everything they need to feature their products
-email it directly to journalist's inbox's
-add their own list of contacts to be emailed too
-their press release will also be added to our release page for journalists to access 24/7

The image we would like designed to send out as part of an email needs to take up around 1/3 of the space of a typical email. It needs to be clean and simple but fun, modern and eye catching. With graphics that are engaging but fit with our site's aesthetic. We can use images from the site (clients products) if this works. There is a deadline for the offer. This doesn't have to be HTML just a good "image", which contains products/banners/information etc, we can put in as the main part of the email
