I am a psychotherapist, life coach, writer and speaker on health and wellness issues. I am a humanist - who believes that we are born to self-actualize - but life - changes that course. That we develop armor and coping mechanisms that divert our growth. I help people examine their road blocks to happiness. My business is unique in that I do concierge therapy. I work intensively - with multi-day sessions, I work internationally through tele-therapy - and traditionally - in an office space. My work is tailored to your needs.
