I'm going to post another example of exactly what I want to have as a 2 page flyer. Please copy everything that's in the image and then add my modifications.

All I updated what I'd like to have. I basically want someone to replicate what Comcast just gave me for thier hospital marketing material. I've added a few changes.

I'm already working on the flyer and I'm having the hardest time to figure out how the graphics look like. Is there a chance that you could upload the pdf document in colors, or at least in a clearer black and white version.
