Hello.  You asked for an icon logo....does this mean you are looking for just a graphical logo that will accompany the name of your business once you decide on a name?  Or, are you wanting submissions which are a logo as well as incorporating a name we decide for your business?  To be very honest with you, the project as it is now will not attract many designers.  You have not guaranteed the prize, and then we would have to make a logo that looks good AND also be able to make up a successful name.  The chances a designer comes up with a name you like and also makes the logo you like are very slim.  Please correct me if I am wrong about anything.  But you will definitely get more designers to contribute and put more work into their submission if you guarantee the prize.
