Logo Design Brief

I'm after a logo for a new fibreglass distributor called Titan Composites and Supplies.

The attachment is the reference to the icon that I'd like.. but it doesn't have to be exactly the same, nor as complex. Though I am after a certain amount of complexity, not just a simple logo.

My thoughts on layout is, icon on top and the main heading being Titan, with the subheading being Composites & Supplies.

The main heading must be strong. eg. Arial Bold. Industrial looking? Possibly rivets or bolts around the text if it's not too tacky. The main color is blue, and must avoid any trace of red color.

I'm after a really cool logo, something that people look at and find interesting.. not just something to associate with my business. It has to give them an impression.

Keep in mind this logo will be printed on boxes, business cards, and the products themselves. So less shading the better, but I won't rule it out completely.
