Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo design for my new management consulting company called "Beacon Bay Consulting." This company helps corporate clients with strategic planning, executive-level communications, creating business and marketing plans. It is based in Boston, MA -- and I'd like some literal designs that include any Boston historic symbols, or light (beacon), and/or water (bay). Also, I would like to incorporate the words 'Beacon Bay' in the logo (with possibly Consulting written in smaller or different font). I'm open to color schemes but generally like blue/ green / yellow -- any combination.
