Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer design for a software product that organizes projects (any project) into portfolios and allows them to be managed/tracked.
Also resources (people and materials) are allocated to these projects.

We'd like something that shows this potentially complex situation (say.. lots of demand for people for lots of projects) and how this can be organized and managed in a consolidated view.
