Logo Design Brief
Logo for Kehlarni - a small and productive farm business with biological & holistic values.
We require a logo design for the business name "Kehlarni" to promote products from our small farm to the public - Livestock and well as meat (shedding sheep, beef cattle, chickens), eggs, fruit and vegetables, as well as biological farm inputs (organic fertiliser, minerals and animal supplements).
We are about to start selling our beef and lamb meat products to the public and want a logo that communicates our focus on our holistic approach using bological products, that is also considering our environment.
As a background: We use biological (non chemical)principles and low stress stock handling techniques with our livestock to produce healthy good quality product for our customers. We use holistic management practices as our foundation - each action considers social, environmental and economic impacts. We also focus on improving our local environment through the use of livestock to build ground cover and sequester carbon, and undertake revegetation projects.
The logo will need to work at business card size (2 cm) up to being displayed on the side of a van (1 metre).

Nice to have
- My original thought was to consider using a dragonfly on a bullrush/cumbungi (Australian native water plant that looks like a sausage on a stick when in flower) as the dragonfly's presence in the landscape signifies a very healthy environment - see attached file.
Although having said that, I also look forward to seeing completely different design options, as I am sure many of you can graphically display our focus in other ways, better than I.

- Please do not include illustrations of farm livestock as they are difficult to accurately represent, and can look to cute to consume!
