Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for "Kim Bolourtchi." I am the founder of Project BE Confident, which currently offers confidence building programs for girls (ages 8 - 18) and women of all ages. I do this through communication based workshops, dance, and retreats. I am expanding the program offerings to include work with boys and men, and gender neutral programs for law firms and corporations. I've decided to put all offerings under the umbrella of "Kim Bolourtchi" so I need a logo for my name that encompasses all the work I intend to do!:)))

I am a lawyer, professional Latin dancer, Zumba instructor, and awesome at helping people find and connect with their inner power. I help people learn to communicate authentically, clearly and confidently, and also encourage them to be brave as hell in putting themselves out there as they go after what they want. My current logo was a great start, but it was targeted toward teenage girls (my initial audience). I want something that reflects me, the uniqueness of my gifts and what I do, and with broader appeal to the audience I'm trying to reach.

Must have

• my name (Kim Bolourtchi)
• This is the "umbrella" for all of my work, which is very diverse. I do workshops, go into schools, organizations, teach dance and zumba... all with building confidence and clear, confident expression as the common theme.

Nice to have

• the essence of me and what I do, and I think you can get that if you look at my 2 websites. projectbeconfident.com and zumbawithkimb.com
• Ideally, I want a logo that will encompass ALL and I can put everything on one website.

Should not have

• I don't like the Ed Hardy look of the current logo as the overall look; it was great for the teen girls and I will keep it for the "Project BE Confident" program offering, but it doesn't feel like me, exactly. see www.projectbeconfident.com
