Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my new retail company that sells handmade items from Hawaii. I work with local artists and designers throughout the Hawaii islands and will sell them at "Pineapple Place" which is a place and destination for all things Hawaiian. The final design should communicate that all products are made in Hawaii and should look "Hawaiian" without being to cliche. Products range from jewelry, home decor, clothing, etc. My only rule for products is that they must be made in Hawaii and celebrate the culture and feel of aloha.

Target Market(s)

lovers of all things beach, relaxation and the "Hawaii Life". This store only sells handmade items from Hawaiian artists. Customers value quality and authenticity over inexpensive mass production items.

Must have

• The logo must communicate "Hawaii" without being too cliche. I would like a more feminine look to the logo with elements of Hawaii. All submissions MUST be completely original.

Nice to have

• I would love to include "Handmade in Hawaii" or communicate that message if possible.
